Points in Career line

In the Recent days,i was confused and lost in the way of my career.it's the sixth month in this firm,if wanna change,it's a good time.

However ,in the recession of economics,it's not easy to find the dream job,this is why i lost in my mind. how could i find the right?


Background:Taking a position in a headhunting firm for half a year,marked my resume half a year in market research consulting and another half in headhunting,and now just thinking about dots of my career line.

Points of current position (Future View)

1.Business Creating
If u keep working in this field,you would have lots of HR resources,you could shape you own database,it would take you 5+ years,and finally,you definitely could create a business of your own in this domain.

The business creation mentioned only costs you a little funds,but it's hard to be enlarged,and hard for brand construction,you have to stand on a small business for years,it tests your patience.

2.Salary range

In this domain,it would offer you a good pay,like,Hudson,wang-li,connectedgroup,manpower...if you have 3 years experience,it would make you more than 20w annual,it's good.if 5years,maybe more than 50w,more or less,it depends on your ability and your company.
If you are only in a small business,it could not bring you more,anyway,it's challenging,and potential field.

3.First-line marketing info

You could Pursue the market information from the first line persons and could be involved in sorts of markets,it's perfectly good for a fresh graduated,and one has a desire for his business.

Also it could improve your communication skills and searching skills

4. Restrains

Not in my career line,i never think making it for my career line point,so i have to change,i have a serious sense on brand construction,like brand consulting firms,public relations consulting,which i prefer to get-in ,and learn the whole structure of brand construction,also the details of brand and culture established.

Lacking of analysis skills,no framework,no mathematics,no big picture.....

How could i forward me to the right position?
